A terraced house complex with 20 apartments is being built in Kuopio’s Lehtoniemi. The property is right next to a local recreation ground.
The 47.5 m2 one-bedroom apartments are single-storey apartments, while 85.5-86.0 m2 two-bedroom and 97.0 m2 three-bedroom apartments are two-storey apartments. Each apartment has its own yard (except for apartments A 3). Kuopio’s Kuikkakuja 3 apartments are well-equipped and have quality surface materials.
