Processing of personal data

The right-of-occupancy, rental and construction activities of Avain Yhtiöt require the processing of personal data of home seekers, applicants, residents and stakeholders.

The processing of personal data is based on the customer relationship, other relevant context or the customer’s consent. Personal data is used, for example, for customer relationship management, customer satisfaction and other surveys, customer communications, housing maintenance tasks and marketing. Avain Yhtiöt pays special attention to the protection of the customer’s privacy and personal data, and adheres to good data processing practices.

Personal data is primarily collected from the customers. In addition, personal data can be supplemented, for example, from the Credit Information Register of Suomen Asiakastieto Oy and the Population Information System of the Population Register Centre.

Right to inspect one’s own personal data

As our customer, you have the right to inspect what information about you has been stored in our register. The inspection request should be sent by e-mail to tietosuoja@avainasunnot.fi or in writing to an Avain office.

When requesting information, please give the name, address and personal identification number of the person and indicate whether you want to inspect the data related to a particular matter, all the data or data for a particular period of time. Be prepared to identify yourself when submitting the request.
