On February 2022, 19 new Avain rental homes were completed in the heart of Pasila, at Höyrykatu 5. The homes are located in a prime spot in Central Pasila, next to Mall of Tripla.
The five floors house lovely homes, ranging from compact studios to larger family apartments. The bright and functional homes are carefully designed and easy to decorate in your own style. All the homes are finished, both in terms of their equipment and materials. Standard equipment includes, e.g., a ceramic stove, a separate oven and a dishwasher.
Mall of Tripla, with its various services and activities, is located just across the corner. If you prefer nature and fresh air, the splendid green area of Central Park is only 500 metres from your doorstep. The Central Park has about 100 kilometres of different outdoor routes, some of which are reserved for skiing in winter.
Pasila is the district with the best connections in Finland, and the homes are built right in the heart of it. Pasila Railway Station is part of Mall of Tripla, so you can easily board short or long-distance trains. The nearest tram stop is less than 200 metres away and Helsinki’s centre is only three kilometres away. Pasila is also a good choice for cyclists, as both regional and national cycling routes pass through it.
The property and apartments are completely non-smoking. Pets are welcome in our homes.
