A total of 114 new Avain rental homes have been built in four apartment buildings in the maritime and natural Sarvvik neighbourhood in Kirkkonummi.

The entire property is non-smoking.

The versatile services of Saunalahti and Kivenlahti are only a few kilometres away, and the West Metro, which will be built in Kivenlahti, will make the public transport network even more efficient. The agreement is in force until further notice, however, the minimum period is 6 months.
