A total of 114 new Avain rental homes have been built in four apartment buildings in the maritime and natural Sarvvik neighbourhood in Kirkkonummi.

The versatile services of Saunalahti and Kivenlahti are only a few kilometres away, and the West Metro, which will be built in Kivenlahti, will make the public transport network even more efficient. The metro will start operating to Kivenlahti in Espoo on December. You can drive directly to the centre of Kirkkonummi in 15 minutes and to the centre of Helsinki in about half an hour.

The property and apartments are completely non-smoking. Pets are welcome in the apartments.

The agreement is in force until further notice, however, the minimum period is 6 months.
