Asunto Oy Tuusulan Tsinnia, currently under construction on its own plot, will consist of 32 A-energy class homes ranging from 33.5–134.0 m², with layouts from one to three bedrooms. The homes offer a wide variety of options, from two-story ground-floor apartments with workspaces to top-floor homes with lofts that can be used in many ways—for example as bedrooms, hobby rooms, or remote workspaces.

All homes include either a large terrace or a balcony, and some even feature their own private yard. Many apartments also come with a private sauna. In a separate courtyard building, residents will find a charming communal sauna, a club room, and individual storage units for each apartment.

The Tsinnia homes are located only about 2 km from Tuusula town center, where you’ll find grocery stores, a health center, library, schools, a swimming hall, and a sports center with ice and floorball arenas. A golf course is about 3 km away. Residents also benefit from a daycare with playgrounds and exercise areas, a dog park, and excellent outdoor recreation areas. Bus routes run via Puistometsäntie to Tuusula town center and Kerava station.

The Tsinnia homes are under construction and estimated to be completed in May 2026. Act quickly—you can still influence the choice of materials for your new home. This is an RS project, where the purchase price is paid in installments according to the progress of construction.

Separately sold parking spaces are located in the yard (some under a carport) right next to the residential building. All parking spaces have access to slow charging for electric vehicles.
