Avain rental apartments are new and well equipped. Our oldest rental apartments were completed in 2015, and we build hundreds of new rental apartments every year. As a whole, our housing stock is new and equipped with modern facilities. As a rule, almost all our rental apartments have laminate floors, a dishwasher and glazed balconies. All new Avain apartments are non-smoking, which means that smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including on the balconies and yards of the apartments.
