Avain has rental apartments in Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Lahti, Tampere, Sipoo and Vantaa. Our oldest rental apartments were completed in 2015, and we build hundreds of new rental apartments every year. As a whole, our housing stock is new and equipped with modern facilities. As a rule, almost all our rental apartments have laminate floors, a dishwasher and glazed balconies.
All new Avain apartments are non-smoking, which means that smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including on the balconies and yards of the apartments.
Lease agreements with Avain are always valid until further notice. However, please note that the minimum contract period is always at least 12 months. The period of notice is one calendar month. If you terminate your contract yourself, the notice period shall always be one (1) month, calculated from the last day of the calendar month during which the notice is given.
