The apartments have stylish laminate flooring and include ceramic stoves, dishwashers, blinds and glazed balconies as standard equipment. You can take the elevator directly to the parking garage, which is located under the house.

The residents have access to a shared clubroom, a drying room and an outdoor equipment storage.
There is a comprehensive school, a day-care centre, a bus stop and a shop within walking distance. More services can be found within a short drive at shopping centre Lippulaiva in Espoonlahti. There are different options for outdoor enthusiasts, as you can either head for the forest or for a walk along the shoreline.

Fast and smooth transport connections make travelling by car or public transport easy.
You can reach Helsinki in 20 minutes by car along the Western Highway (länsiväylä). The nearest bus stop is in front of the house, with lines running to, for example, Tapiola.
