CONSTRUCTION OF TURKOOSIKULMA HOMES HAS BEGUN!
New, comfortable owner-occupied homes are being built in the community-oriented Kuninkaantammi neighborhood!
Housing company Turkoosikulma will feature a total of 34 bright and cozy A-energy class homes ranging from 27–77 m², from studios to three-bedroom apartments. All homes come with either a spacious terrace or balcony, and most first-floor homes even have their own private yard. Extra-tall windows bring in plenty of light and a sense of spaciousness. Floor heating provides a comfortable and economical heating solution while also making interior design easier. Some apartments include a private sauna. The housing company’s shared facilities—such as a sauna, laundry room, and drying room—make everyday life more convenient for all residents.
Kuninkaantammi is located next to Central Park, making it an inviting area for outdoor activities and cycling. Parking is mainly centralized in underground garages beneath the buildings and courtyards, as well as in the new Lammenranta parking facility. Right nearby, you’ll find recreational trails in Central Park and along the Vantaa River, ski tracks, and the Pitkäkoski lodge.
The growing Kuninkaantammi neighborhood already has a primary school and an attached daycare center. The Vennynpuisto playground is a favorite among families with children. Wolt Market and Morning Deli restaurant are located in the former Edita premises. The more comprehensive services of Kaivoksela are within walking distance. The nearby Hämeenlinna highway ensures quick connections throughout the Helsinki metropolitan area.
Turkoosikulma is being built on a leasehold plot. You can either pay your share of the land redemption when the housing company is completed or pay monthly land rent instead. For more information about the plot, please contact our sales representative.
There are 17 separately sold parking spaces in the underground garage, easily accessible by elevator. All spaces are equipped with charging facilities for electric vehicles.
The homes are estimated to be completed in August 2026.
You can first reserve the home you’re interested in without commitment.
