The verdant and beautifully lit jogging trail around Jyväsjärvi goes just next to the property.

All the 47 apartments have been thoroughly modernised during the renovation in 2019. A well-equipped kitchen has e.g., a ceramic stove and a dishwasher. Floors are laminate, bathrooms have been modernised and tiled, and saunas are completely renovated. A drying room, a common room, an outdoor equipment storage and a pram storage are available for use by all residents. In the yard you can find a garden swing, a BBQ shed, and a playground for children. There are 47 parking spaces with electrical sockets for heating, while 25 of them are in a parking garage. Two spots are reserved for guests.

Kuokkala’s services can be found within a kilometre, the closest supermarket is located on the same street, and to Jyväskylä city centre you have only couple of kilometres. The closest bus stops are located within few hundred metres and the cycling roads to the centre and other parts of the city are very good.
