Haukankaari 5 C 60

In the pleasant residential area of Haukkala, between Tuomiojärvi’s western shore and Laajavuorentie, on the north side of Kortepohja, there is a right-of-occupancy property, completed in 2020. The area is excellent for people of ages; for singles, couples, families with children and in general for people who enjoy outdoors and activities. Tuomiojärvi is only a stone’s throw away.

There are 67 right-of-occupancy apartments in this apartment building with a lift. The apartments vary from a little over 40 square metres one-bedroom apartments to over 100 square metres four-bedroom family apartments. All apartments have glazed balconies or terraces, dishwashers, ceramic stoves, and window blinds. A big portion of Finns love going to sauna so most of the apartments have their own saunas. For the residents without saunas there is a common sauna. A drying room, an outdoor equipment storage and a pram storage are available for use by all residents.

The area offers excellent conditions for outdoor activities throughout the year. Nearby you can find everything from mushroom and berry forests to skiing and biking trails, from beaches to a spa and from ski slopes to a frisbee gold course and an adventure park. The Haukkala spring offers spring water for people walking by. Transport connections are also good, and you even have a boat harbour close by. Kortepohja centre is only about two kilometres away, Palokka centre is about 3.5 kilometres away and Jyväskylä city centre about five kilometres away.

The property is completely non-smoking, and smoking is also prohibited in the yards and balconies.

Right-of-occupancy housing is an affordable form of housing where you pay a monthly residence charge. As a right-of-occupancy resident, you can also renovate your home and have permanent housing security. Pets are welcome in Avain apartments.
