Haukkamäentie 9 A 02

Haukkamäentie 9 offers an excellent option when you appreciate living in a terraced house close to nature, still just beside the various services of Palokka centre. The closeness of Keski-Palokka’s school and Haukkamäki’s day-care together with various opportunities for different activities, make the area suitable for families with children.

All the 17 apartments’ bathrooms, saunas, and WCs of these three terraced houses have been thoroughly renovated in 2015. Apartment sizes vary from studios to family apartments with four rooms and a kitchen. A drying room, an outdoor equipment storage and a cold cellar are available for use by all the residents. In addition, each apartment has its own personal storage space.

In 500 metres you find a school and a day-care, and Palokka centre is just one kilometre away. There you’ll find everything from a pharmacy to a DIY store, and from a beauty salon to a shop for children’s clothing. Jyväskylä city centre is eight kilometres away.

Right-of-occupancy housing is an affordable form of housing where you pay a monthly residence charge. As a right-of-occupancy resident, you can also renovate your home and have permanent housing security. Pets are welcome in Avain apartments.
