Avain Asunnot is building 148 high-quality right-of-occupancy homes in the Killa residential area in Kerava.

The fresh and modern apartments are designed for easy living. The layouts range from compact and efficient studios to elegant family apartments. The well-equipped apartments have laminate floors, tiled bathrooms, glazed balconies, blinds, induction stoves and dishwashers. The balconies of all apartments will be glazed, with the exception of apartments that have their own yard. The materials and colours of these right-of-occupancy homes were selected with consideration for contemporary trends. The property and apartments are completely non-smoking.

Population shelters, warm store rooms, drying rooms and technical facilities are located on the ground floor. The company has two shared saunas and one clubroom. Outdoor equipment storages are located in the yard in an unheated residential building that is connected to the covered parking space. There are a total of 81 parking spots.

The area is located a few kilometers from the centre of Kerava with its commercial services, the Kerava railway station and the city library. The Kaleva sports park, Kerava indoor swimming pool, Kilta school, Kerava upper secondary school and health centre are all located within one kilometre. The Tuusula highway is located nearby, providing convenient access by bus to the surrounding areas.

Right-of-occupancy housing is an affordable form of housing where you pay a monthly residence charge. As a right-of-occupancy resident, you can also renovate your home and have permanent housing security. Pets are welcome in Avain apartments.
