A total of 114 new Avain rental homes have been built in four apartment buildings in the maritime and natural Sarvvik neighbourhood in Kirkkonummi.

These homes offer ease of living, and the apartments are well suited to different life situations. The apartments range from studios to four-room apartments. All the homes have premium equipment and materials. Standard equipment includes, for example, a separate oven and a dishwasher. The floors are laminate and the balconies are glazed. The entire property is non-smoking.

The versatile services of Saunalahti and Kivenlahti are only a few kilometres away, and the West Metro, which will be built in Kivenlahti, will make the public transport network even more efficient. The agreement is in force until further notice, however, the minimum period is 6 months.
