Järvihelmenkatu 1 is a four‑storey apartment building with a total of 32 bright and well‑designed right‑of‑occupancy apartments. The laundry room and drying room serve the residents on the building’s first floor. The property was completed in 2017.
The apartments are well‑designed, compact and well‑equipped, offering options for many different life situations. The smallest apartments are studios that feel larger than their square metres suggest, featuring an alcove and a glazed balcony. The ground‑floor three‑room apartment has a large glazed balcony of almost 14 square metres, adding its own atmosphere to the pleasant home. The ground‑floor four‑room home also has its own private yard. The well‑equipped apartments include laminate flooring, a ceramic stove, balcony glazing and a broadband connection included in the maintenance charge. The larger apartments have their own sauna.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments, on balconies and in the apartment yards. In a right‑of‑occupancy home, you live affordably and pay a monthly maintenance charge. As a right‑of‑occupancy resident, you may also renovate your home, and you have long‑term housing security. Pets are welcome in Avain homes.
