There is an apartment building in the cosy and popular residential area of Ankkuri, in close vicinity of Vesijävi’s harbour. You can rarely find free apartments in this property.

All the 26 apartments have been thoroughly modernised during the renovation in 2018. This property is at the end of a street, next to a park. A drying room, a community storage, and an outdoor equipment storage are available for use by all residents.

The pride of Lahti, Sibelius Hall, and the lake Vesijärvi with its cafés are within a walking distance. Many of the apartments have a view to the lake. The famous Lanu park with its art pieces is also within a walking distance. The Shopping Centre Ankkuri, where you can find an S-market, a pizzeria, a gym and R-kioski, is located right next to these apartments with saunas. The closest bus stop is about 200 metres away.

Right-of-occupancy housing is an affordable form of housing where you pay a monthly residence charge. As a right-of-occupancy resident, you can also renovate your home and have permanent housing security. Pets are welcome in Avain apartments.
