Avain Asunnot builds new Avain rental homes in the Ranta-Kartano area! A total of 71 rental apartments will be completed at Kyösti Kallion katu 9 C, in the tallest part of the building.
The property has homes from handy studios to larger family apartments. The apartments have premium equipment and materials. These bright, functional apartments are carefully designed and thanks to modern materials, they are easy to decorate in your own taste. Laminated floors, glazed balconies, dishwashers, ceramic stoves and tiled bathrooms add comfort to living. The common areas of the house include, for example, a sauna, a storage room for outdoor equipment and a laundry room.
Ranta-Kartano is a new part of the centre of Lahti, which is built between Fellman Park and Kisapuisto park, right next to the city centre. The area will have a range of services, including an indoor swimming pool and a hotel. The apartments are part of a multigenerational city block, which also houses the apartments of the Lahti Elderly Housing Foundation and Avain right-of-occupancy apartments.
The property and apartments are non-smoking, and smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited also on the balconies and in the property area. Pets are welcome in Avain rental homes.
The estimated completion time is in November 2022, and the application for the apartments is expected to begin in August. Rents of the apartments will be published at the beginning of the application period.
