Puotikuja 11 As 35

In Pirkkala’s Solja, in the new residential area right next to the lake Pyhäjärvi, only within a walking distance from various services of the centre, there are new right-of-occupancy homes, completed in the autumn of 2021.

The apartments vary in sizes, from studios to three-bedroom apartments, and they are excellently equipped: you can find e.g., glazed balconies, window blinds, dishwashers, ceramic stoves, and tiled bathrooms. Some of the apartments have their own saunas. What makes this five-floor apartment building unique is the four two-storey apartments that make different housing solutions possible. A common sauna is available for use by all residents. In addition, each apartment has its own personal storage space.

Pirkkala’s Solja’s new, unique, and verdant residential area is located right next to great transport connections. It is about 15 kilometres to Tampere city centre and seven kilometres to the airport of Tampere-Pirkkala.

The property is completely non-smoking, and smoking is also prohibited in the yards and balconies.

Right-of-occupancy housing is an affordable form of housing where you pay a monthly residence charge. As a right-of-occupancy resident, you can also renovate your home and have permanent housing security. Pets are welcome in Avain apartments.
