Avain offers 40 high-quality rental homes in the new residential area of Solja, Pirkkala, near the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi. The apartments are within walking distance from the services of the municipal centre. The unique and green residential area is located by good transport links; the city centre of Tampere is about 15 km away, Tampere-Pirkkala Airport is about 7 km away and the nearest bus stop is about half a kilometre from the property.
The site was completed in August 2021. The property offers apartments in different sizes, from studios and two-room apartments to a diverse selection of three-room apartments, and even one four-room apartment. A distinctive feature of the property’s apartment mix is the four exquisite, bright two-floor apartments that are located on the top floors of the house.
These bright, functional apartments are carefully designed, and the light and clear material choices make it easy to decorate your home in your own style. Laminate floors, blinds, dishwashers, ceramic stoves and tiled bathrooms add comfort to living.
The property and apartments are non-smoking, and smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited also on the balconies and in the property area. Pets are welcome in Avain rental homes. The rental agreements for the apartments are valid until further notice. However, the minimum period is 6 months.
