Porvoo’s Maria Jotuninkatu 2, completed in June of 2017, was built in Hornhattula, in the new residential area with detached houses, where you have good transport connection with a car and public transportations.

The apartment building and terraced houses have 44 apartments in total, for all kinds of living situations. The apartment types vary from studios to four-bedroom family apartments. They are high quality apartments, well-equipped with e.g., laminate floors, ceramic stoves, and dishwashers. Apartments in the apartment building with a lift have glazed balconies bringing more space and warmth for the colder autumn evenings. The apartments in the terraced houses have own yards and French balconies on the second floor. The materials used in these apartments are fresh and timeless. You can enjoy everyday life in these well planned and carefully constructed homes! A drying room and an outdoor equipment storage are available for use by all residents.

The motorway is only less than a kilometre away and the closest bus stop is within 200 metres.

Right-of-occupancy housing is an affordable form of housing where you pay a monthly residence charge. As a right-of-occupancy resident, you can also renovate your home and have permanent housing security. Pets are welcome in Avain apartments.
