Near the center of Tampere, in the residential area of Multisita, new apartments are being built.

The residential area of Multisilta is green and there are several outdoor routes and beaches. The center of Tampere and its versatile services are located about eight kilometers away.
You can easily get to the city center by bus, as buses to the city center run every 10 minutes.

There is a daycare center and a grocery store near, and Ikea is also just a stone's throw away.

The building has a total of 69 apartments that are equipped with high-quality appliances and surface materials.
The building has a diverse range of apartments, from 43m² two-room apartments to 92m² family apartments, so there is sure to be something for everyone.
Residents of the building have access to a storage room for movables and outdoor equipment, as well as a drying room.

The estimated completion of the site is at the end of November.

The first housing offers will be sent to applicants who have submitted an application after the application period has ended. First application period ends 22nd August 2023. After this, there is a continuous search for the destination. If you make a contract in time, before 1st of February 2024, you will be able to choose the right materials for your apartment from our selection.


The first installment of 40% is due for payment two weeks after signing the contract and the remaining 60% is paid three months before the estimated completion of the project. The reservation and deposit fee for the apartment is €250.
