There are right-of-occupancy apartments completed in the august of 2018, in Tampere’s Vuores.

Together with the wonderful living environment these quality apartments with large windows and exceptionally bright rooms create a cosy setting for functional everyday living. All the 78 apartments are well-equipped with e.g., dishwashers, ceramic stoves, glazed balconies, window blinds and laminate floors. A common sauna area with a big terrace adds to the living comfort. An outdoor equipment storage is available for use by all residents. In addition, a laundry room is available for use in the neighbouring building.

Vuores is a new and growing area of Tampere which stands out for its charming and unique architectural look. This verdant residential area offers you an enchanting nature at the same time as modern city living. The school of the area is one of the most modern schools in Tampere, and day-cares, a maternity clinic, a dentist, and a sports hall make your everyday life easier. The local services are within a walking distance: on the walking street of Vuores you can find shops, a café, and restaurants. Vuores has functional bus connections to Tampere city centre and to Hervanta.

Right-of-occupancy housing is an affordable form of housing where you pay a monthly residence charge. As a right-of-occupancy resident, you can also renovate your home and have permanent housing security. Pets are welcome in Avain apartments.
