New homes near the heart of Turku
A total of 61 new Avain rental apartments are being built in a central location close to Turku city centre. These new homes will be completed on 17 June 2026.
Turun Ruissalontie 12 is part of a new block within the diverse Kirstinpuisto residential area. By submitting a rental application, we can offer you a new home. You will receive an offer by email if we are able to provide you with an apartment. The lease agreement is valid until further notice, with a minimum duration of 6 months. Applicants’ credit information is checked through Suomen Asiakastieto Oy.
