A renovation is being planned for the property. As a rule, all the apartments will be renovated and completely modernised in connection with the housing company’s renovation. See images of the completed apartments. The renovation will not affect the residence charge.

The estimated start date of the renovation is between autumn 2022 and 2023. The more detailed renovation schedule for each apartment will be confirmed at a later date.
