Two great new Avain rental properties will be completed in Rykmentinpuisto, Tuusula, in November.
The Tuusula Rykmentintie property will be built on the former barracks area of Hyrylä,
in the vicinity of gorgeous outdoor areas. Comprehensive basic services can be found about 1 km away, including a health centre, library and indoor swimming pool/sports centre that has an indoor ice rink. There is a day care centre next door, and the nearest schools are about 1.5 km away. Tuusula's public transport operates in the HSL area: transport connections to the Kerava railway station and Helsinki are smoothly handled by buses.
The property offers a range of lovely homes from compact studios to larger family apartments. These bright and functional homes are carefully designed and easy to decorate according to your own style. All the homes have premium equipment and materials. Standard equipment includes, for example, an induction stove, a separate oven and a dishwasher. The floors are laminate and the balconies are glazed, as usual. The bathroom is equipped with comfortable underfloor heating.
The property and apartments are completely non-smoking. Pets are welcome in the apartments.
The agreement is in force until further notice, however, the minimum period is 6 months.
