Koivukylän Puistotie 33 A 01

Cosy terraced houses and balcony access apartments in the peaceful and green neighbourhood of Vanha Koivukylä in Asola.

The apartments are suitable for a range of needs, ranging from spacious one-bedroom apartments to functional and bright four-bedroom family apartments. All of the apartments were thoroughly modernised in connection with the renovation in 2021. The apartments feature elegant surface materials, laminate floors and tiled bathrooms, as well as modern well-equipped kitchens. The bright rooms and light surface colours make the apartments spacious and easy to decorate. All apartments have their own sauna, and the residents have access to a shared outdoor equipment storage.

There is a lush forest area right next to this beautiful housing company. The yard is well maintained and the houses are located around it, creating a sheltered courtyard. In addition to a school and day-care centre, the child-friendly area has many playgrounds for children. The area also has great jogging trails, along with several outdoor exercise venues. Large grocery shops are located less than a kilometre away, and a more extensive selection of shops can be found in the Jumbo shopping centre, which is only 10 minutes away by car.

The location is excellent with two train stations within walking distance: Koivukylä along the main railway and Leinelä along the Ring Railway. Several bus lines run along Asolanväylä to different parts of the capital region.
