Avain Apartments are building together with Lahti Foundation of Housing and Services for the Elderly, a community block. A block that combines different types of housing options, offers apartments to singles and both small and larger families, and to seniors of all ages. The property has 33 Avain Apartments’ right-of-occupancy homes, located in the four-floor section of the building. In addition, there is going to be 71 rental apartments, which are located in the taller part of the building on the side of Vesijärvi. Right-of-occupancy apartment sizes vary from 28.5 m2 studios to 89 m2 three-bedroom apartments. Some of the one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments have own saunas. The apartments are built into one building going around the whole block. In the middle, you can find a private yard with BBQ sheds and lounge areas. Building of this property begun in 2/2021 and the property is ready in 11/2022.
