Regional Evening Seminars 2023
The evening seminars cover various topics related to housing and current issues concerning Avain. The main objective of the seminar is to improve collaboration and enhance communication between Avain and the residents.
This year, the evening seminars were held in-person in Jyväskylä (March 21), Joensuu (March 23), and Helsinki (March 30). The events in Oulu (March 28) and Tampere (February 29) were conducted via Teams due to low attendance.
The topics of the evening seminars included the financial statements and post-calculation of Avain Asumisoikeus Oy, changes in the new Right-of-Occupancy Act for residents, the use of the new Kotiavain resident application, and current sustainability matters related to the properties. At the end of the seminar, we also addressed pre-submitted questions from the residents.
